Location: Aldar HQ, Abu DhabiType: Full-time | On-siteSmileVerse, an AI-powered digital dental clinic, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless patient and clinical workflow.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate appointments, patient flow and doctors’ schedules.* Support smooth communication between dentists, assistants, reception, laboratory and management.* Track treatments, follow-ups and laboratory cases.* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.* Monitor inventory and ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared.* Assist with operational reports and clinic performance.* Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection-control protocols and DOH standards.* Maintain SmileVerse’s premium standards of service and professionalism.Requirements* Experience in a dental clinic or healthcare facility is preferred.* Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.* Strong English; Arabic is an advantage.* Proficiency in clinic-management software and Microsoft Office.* Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.* Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.Join a modern, technology-driven clinic specializing in digital dentistry, implantology and aesthetic treatments.Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV.
