We provide treatments such as Hollywood Smile, crowns, veneers, and implant-based solutions, with a strong focus on personalized care, transparent communication, and high-quality patient experience.Position overview:Dentique is seeking a highly professional Clinic Coordinator to manage the full patient journey for international dental patients, from arrival to post-treatment follow-up.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate the full patient journey before, during, and after treatment* Act as the main liaison between patients, doctors, sales, and operations teams* Manage hotel bookings, airport transfers, transportation, and appointment schedules* Handle patient concerns, complaints, and urgent situations professionally* Ensure smooth communication and high patient satisfaction at all timesRequirements:* Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is mandatory* Experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, hospitality, or patient services* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills* Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive situations* Excellent problem-solving skills and professional attitude* Flexible availability based on operational needsWe are looking for a structured, proactive, and service-oriented professional who can deliver an international-standard patient experience and represent Dentique with excellence.
