The clinic focuses on delivering holistic, patient-first care designed to help individuals feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident in their health and well-being.Role Description The Clinic Housekeeping & Cleaner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai at Berry Hill Polyclinic. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all clinic areas, including waiting rooms, consultation rooms, treatment areas, restrooms, and staff spaces. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, disposing of waste, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that cleaning schedules and checklists are consistently followed. The role also involves handling cleaning equipment and materials safely, following infection control and hygiene protocols, supporting preparation of rooms between patients, and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues. The Clinic Housekeeping & Cleaner collaborates with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a professional, welcoming environment for patients and staff.Qualifications Experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare environment.Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, safe use of cleaning equipment, and appropriate handling of chemicals and disinfectants.Understanding of hygiene and infection control practices, including surface disinfection, waste segregation, and use of protective equipment.Ability to follow instructions, work from checklists, manage time effectively, and complete tasks with attention to detail.Good communication skills and a cooperative approach to working with medical, administrative, and support staff.Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move light to moderate loads, and carry out repetitive cleaning tasks safely.Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai, including possible shift work, weekends, or extended hours based on clinic needs.Previous experience in the UAE healthcare sector and basic familiarity with patient-facing environments are beneficial.High school education or equivalent is preferred; training in housekeeping or environmental services is an advantage.
