Job Title: Clinic Instructor / Trainer - Emarati Talent.Job Summary: Responsible for training, guiding, and supervising clinic staff and students to ensure high standards of patient care, clinical procedures, safety, and professional service delivery.

Location: Sharjah& Ajman-U.A.E.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training and orientation for new clinic employees.Train clinical staff on medical procedures, equipment, and clinic protocols.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and safety standards.Monitor staff performance and identify training needs.Develop training materials, presentations, and clinical guidelines.Conduct practical demonstrations and competency assessments.Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.Support continuous professional development of clinic staff.Qualifications & Requirements:Relevant healthcare (Physiotherapy, Pharmaceutical or clinical qualification)Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare training environment.Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient safety standards.Ability to deliver practical and theoretical training.Email Cvs to zeena@hirerigtht.com
