Clinic Manager

We are hiring for a Clinic Manager who is responsible for overseeing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, achieving financial and operational targets, and maintaining compliance with DOH healthcare regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily clinic operations and patient services.Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff.Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve complaints.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.Oversee inventory, facilities, and clinic resources.Support business growth through marketing and operational improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting in Abu DhabiKnowledge of DOH healthcare regulations is preferred.SkillsStrong leadership and communication.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Financial and operational management skills.Customer service focus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
