As part of our ongoing expansion, we're extending our presence into new regions, including our upcoming clinic in Wimbledon London offering exciting opportunities to be part of a business that's shaping the future of accessible, community-based healthcare across the regionWimbledon Ambulatory ClinicOur first UK clinic will be located in the Wimbledon Quarter Shopping Centre in Southwest London.The Wimbledon Clinic is a 33,000 sq ft ambulatory diagnostic centre bringing together advanced diagnostics, outpatient services and theatres under one roof. The clinic will offer a comprehensive range of services including a Private GP, Express Care minor injuries unit, consultant and treatment rooms, multimodality advanced diagnostic imaging including 3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, CT, X-Ray and DEXA, surgical theatres and inpatient ward facilities.The RoleReporting to the Affidea UK, Operations Director, you'll have full operational responsibility for the clinic from building your team and establishing ways of working, to ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. As part of this role you'll also act as our CQC Registered Manager, therefore previous experience in this position is essential.You'll help shape how the clinic runs, the culture you create and how patients experience us from day one, with the full backing of an established European healthcare group behind you.What you'll be doingOversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, maintaining standards and acting as the senior point of escalationLead and manage a multidisciplinary team spanning Admin, Theatre and Imaging. Working closely with GPs and Consultants across the clinic.Take ownership of the full patient journey, using feedback and data to continuously improve the experience.Act as our CQC Registered Manager.Manage the clinic's operational budget, monitoring performance against KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community, referrers and external partners to grow the clinic's presence and reputation in the area.What we're looking forThe ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a senior clinic or healthcare operational management role, with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering operational excellence. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong background across the following areas:Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team in a clinical settingActing as CQC Registered ManagerManaging a P&L and operational budgetBusiness development and contributing to commercial growthOpening or establishing a new clinic or healthcare serviceA background in diagnostic imaging, radiology or outpatient services.What we offerThis is a rare opportunity to shape Affidea's UK presence from the very start, with real ownership and autonomy in the role.
