The clinic is built around a European treatment philosophy focused on natural, conservative results, personalized care, clinical excellence, and a premium patient experience.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinic operations, team management, patient experience, and business performance, with the ability to maintain the high service standards expected within a premium aesthetic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departmentsLead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and patient careManage the overall patient journey and experience, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service deliveryMonitor appointments, staff schedules, clinic resources, supplies, and other operational requirementsSupport sales, patient retention, and clinic performance, monitoring key operational and business targetsEnsure compliance with DHA requirements, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational proceduresWork closely with management and the medical team to support the successful launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinicRequirementsProven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably within an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environmentStrong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer servicePrevious UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCommercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished approachAbility to thrive in a startup/growing clinic environment and contribute to establishing strong operational standardsBenefitsSalary + Benefits
