Clinic Manager

Job PurposeTo lead clinic operations, drive business performance and profitability, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining Kaya standards. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive clinic revenue, collections, consumption, and overall business targets.Manage and motivate the clinic team to achieve performance goals.Oversee daily clinic operations, resources, inventory, and compliance.Ensure adherence to Kaya SOPs, policies, and local regulations.Monitor customer experience and resolve escalated client complaints.Review team performance and provide coaching and development.Manage clinic reporting, P&L, and operational efficiency. RequirementsBachelor’s degree.Minimum 2 years in a similar Clinic Manager role.Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience.Previous clinic management experience is mandatory.Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare clinics is strongly preferred.Strong leadership, sales, people management, and business skills.
