Practice Manager (Clinic Manager)Private Dental PracticeEast London £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus of up to £6,000Lead an established private dental practice and shape its next chapter.We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a well-established, fully private dental practice in East London.This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead within a successful practice with a strong local reputation, loyal patient base and experienced clinical team. The practice has recently undergone refurbishment and operates across eight surgeries, offering a broad range of private general and specialist dentistry.The OpportunityAs Practice Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the practice, leading and developing the team while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.You will have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes and bring your own ideas to the practice, with support from experienced central teams across areas including Finance, Marketing, HR, Recruitment and Operations.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing the practice teamManaging day-to-day practice operationsSupporting the delivery of an exceptional patient experienceDriving practice performance and commercial resultsMonitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvementSupporting recruitment, onboarding and staff developmentBuilding strong relationships with clinicians, colleagues and patientsEnsuring high standards of compliance, governance and operational deliveryContributing ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth of the practiceAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager with a strong background in private dentistry and a genuine passion for people leadership.You will ideally have:Previous experience managing a dental practiceExperience leading and developing a larger teamStrong operational and commercial awarenessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA coaching-led approach to people managementA strong focus on patient experience and clinical standardsThe confidence to make decisions and take ownershipThe ability to build positive relationships with clinicians and wider teamsWhat’s on OfferAnnual performance bonus of up to £6,000Full-time permanent positionApproximately 36–40 hours per weekLeadership development and career progression opportunitiesOngoing mentoring and leadership supportCompany pension schemeEmployee referral rewardsAdditional birthday leaveTeam socials and annual celebrationsOpportunities to participate in charity and fundraising initiativesIf you're an experienced Dental Practice Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a successful private practice, develop a strong team and take ownership of its continued success, we'd be keen to hear from you.Contact me on hwatkins@compassltd.co.uk02394 211 144
