CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER

WE’RE HIRING | CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER📍 Kent Healthcare | Mankhool, DubaiKent Healthcare is looking for a hands-on clinic operations manager who can bring structure to everyday operations, build an accountable team and help our Mankhool clinic grow.This role is for someone who is comfortable leading the morning briefing, resolving a patient concern and reviewing clinic performance—with equal attention to each.What you’ll take ownership of

• Clinic operations: Keep appointments, staff rosters, patient flow, facilities and daily coordination running smoothly.
• Patient experience: Strengthen service standards from the first enquiry through appointment booking, visits and follow-up.
• Team leadership: Set clear responsibilities, coach front-office and support teams, and work closely with clinicians.
• Business performance: Improve enquiry-to-appointment conversion, attendance, capacity utilisation and revenue performance while respecting clinical decisions and patient needs.
• Operational discipline: Maintain SOPs, accurate reporting, billing coordination and readiness for applicable healthcare requirements.What we’re looking for
• Demonstrated experience managing a clinic or healthcare facility in the UAE.
• A track record of improving service quality, team performance and operational efficiency.
• Confidence working with clinic systems, performance dashboards and financial reports.
• Strong communication, sound judgement and a calm, practical approach to problem-solving.
