Clinic Receptionist

We are looking for a Clinic Receptionist to join a leading medical/aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi.Requirements:▪︎Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting.▪︎Strong customer service and communication skills.▪︎Sales experience is essential, preferably within Dermatology, Aesthetics, Beauty, or Medical Clinics.▪︎Ability to confidently communicate with patients and ▪︎promote treatments and services.▪︎Professional, presentable, and patient-focused.▪︎Strong English/Arabic communication skills.Key Responsibilities:▪︎Welcome and assist patients professionally.▪︎Manage appointments, calls, and daily reception operations.▪︎Follow up with patients and support patient conversion.▪︎Promote clinic treatments and services and contribute to sales targets.▪︎Maintain a high level of patient experience and customer service.Job-Type: Full time/ 2 Days off
