Kayan Recruitment LLC positions itself as a trusted partner for both employers and job seekers, helping build long-term, successful placements.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Supervisor role based in Riyadh. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, front-desk activities, and coordination between clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth, efficient services. The role involves supervising staff schedules, monitoring performance, and supporting training and development to maintain high standards of care and customer service. The Clinic Supervisor will ensure accurate maintenance of medical records, adherence to clinic policies, and compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols. Responsibilities also include handling patient inquiries and complaints, collaborating with healthcare providers on service quality improvements, preparing basic operational reports, and assisting with inventory, supplies, and coordination with external stakeholders as needed.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff training.Customer service skills with the ability to manage patient interactions, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.Basic knowledge of medicine and clinical workflows to effectively coordinate with healthcare professionals.Experience handling medical records, including documentation accuracy, confidentiality, and record-keeping processes.Healthcare management skills, including clinic operations, compliance oversight, and process improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting in a supervisory or senior administrative role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.Familiarity with clinic management software and basic computer skills (MS Office or similar).
