This role coordinates staffing schedules, supervises frontline and administrative teams, and monitors adherence to clinical protocols and organizational policies. The Clinic Supervisor manages patient flow, supports customer service standards, addresses escalated patient concerns, and collaborates with healthcare providers to optimize appointment utilization and resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include overseeing medical records processes, supporting compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, assisting with inventory and equipment needs, and generating basic operational reports for management. The role also involves coaching team members, facilitating training, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and clinic performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff coaching.Candidates should possess excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on patient satisfaction, communication, and conflict resolution.Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of medicine and clinical workflows to effectively support healthcare professionals.Candidates should possess skills in managing medical records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Candidates should possess healthcare management skills, including basic knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, and resource coordination.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting, familiarity with healthcare regulations in the UAE, and proficiency in relevant clinic management software.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
