The Clinic Telesales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing clients about clinic services, promotions, and appointment availability. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain aesthetic services in an understandable, professional manner.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads, upsell appropriate treatments, and work toward telesales targets.Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, such as quickly learning clinic services, following scripts and protocols, and adapting to new procedures and systems.Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or clinic/hospital reception is preferred; knowledge of aesthetic or beauty services is an advantage.Arab Speaker Required
