The Clinical Advisor (CA) represents Angel Aligner (AA) full digital portfolio suite. He/She has a deep knowledge around orthodontics and clear aligner treatments, including auxiliaries and biomechanics. The CA will be liaising with doctors to address specific clinical-related questions, as well as supporting in the treatment design phase. He will be covering clinical training internally and externally, working also with company KOLs to review content and clinical messaging. He will be cooperating with different stakeholders within the EMEA structure, as education, marketing, support and commercial teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with DSS (Digital Sales Specialist) and Implementation Specialist to address clinically oriented questions/issues/situations.Deliver best-in-class training, education, onboarding, and clinical support to customers according to the AA onboarding EMEA playbook.Accountable for meeting specific clinical-related KPIs to ensure the best-in-the-industry clinical results for our doctors.Provide quick response and resolution to customers' clinical and product-related needs, delivering a strong customer experience.Cooperate with the Marketing team to validate tools and campaigns from a clinical standpoint.Study competitive and adjacent products, technologies, clinical studies, industry trends, and other general information of interest to customers.Frequent travel, including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers and trade shows.Be seen as the clinical reference point for AA within the EMEA region. Deliver internal training and support to the AA DSS as needed as it relates to this portfolio.Prepare periodic reports including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned.Other duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:Mandatory Dental Degree (DDS) or Orthodontic Specialty Degree (DDS, Ortho).Previous experience within orthodontics is highly preferred; specific experience with clear aligners is a big plus.Willingness to operate in an international environment.Fluent in English, and any other language related to the region for this position is highly valuable (Polish, Romanian, etc.).Resident in one of the following: Poland, Romania, or Madrid.Strong ability to influence others and build strong personal relationships with customers.PERSONAL TRAIT PROFILE:Strong communication and relationship skillsCustomer-orientedSelf-sufficientEnthusiasticTeam playerStrong presentation skills, with the ability to do product demonstrations in front of a small groupStrong time management skillsWilling and able to travelPreferred Location: Poland, Romania, or Madrid.
