CareCloud's EHR platform supports clinical documentation, patient workflows, clinical decision support, analytics, and other tools designed to improve the delivery of healthcare.Job Summary:We are looking for an MBBS-qualified Clinical Analyst to join our healthcare technology team. The Clinical Analyst will act as a bridge between clinical teams and technology/product teams, using their medical knowledge and understanding of healthcare workflows to help design, improve, and validate EHR and healthcare technology solutions.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of clinical practices, medical terminology, patient workflows, and healthcare documentation, along with an interest in healthcare technology and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:Analyze clinical workflows, physician practices, patient journeys, and healthcare processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, Product Management, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to understand and document clinical requirements.Translate clinical requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements for Product and Engineering teams.Review and improve EHR workflows, clinical documentation, templates, forms, order sets, and other clinical functionalities.Provide clinical expertise during product design, development, testing, implementation, and enhancement of EHR solutions.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product functionality from a clinical and usability perspective.Identify clinical, workflow, usability, and patient-safety concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.Review healthcare technology features to ensure they align with real-world clinical practices and physician workflows.Support the development of clinical use cases, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and other product documentation.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize clinical requirements and resolve functional issues.Conduct clinical research and provide evidence-based input for product enhancements where required.Support the evaluation of AI-powered clinical tools, clinical decision support, and automated documentation features.Help ensure that healthcare technology solutions support efficient, accurate, and clinically appropriate workflows.Required Qualifications:MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized medical institution.Valid medical registration/license is preferred.Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, patient care processes, and clinical documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical teams.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Good understanding of healthcare technology and EHR/EMR systems.
