German-speaking | Healthcare / MedTechLyon, France | Permanent position | €30–40k + bonusAbout DiagnolyDiagnoly is a MedTech company based in Lyon developing Fetoly™, an AI-powered medical device for prenatal ultrasound.Fetoly connects to ultrasound systems and analyses examinations in real time to support healthcare professionals during fetal screening. The solution is CE marked and FDA cleared and is currently used by healthcare professionals in Europe and the United States.As we develop our activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are recruiting a Clinical Application & Customer Success Specialist to support the deployment and use of Fetoly by our customers in the DACH region.The position is based in Lyon and involves occasional travel to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.Your roleYou will be responsible for the onboarding, training and ongoing support of healthcare professionals using Fetoly in the DACH region.Working closely with our Sales, Clinical, Software and Operations teams, you will accompany customers from initial installation through routine use of the solution.Customer onboarding and deploymentCoordinate the onboarding of new hospitals, clinics and medical practices.Install and configure Fetoly on the tablet provided to the customer.Connect Fetoly to compatible ultrasound systems.Support configuration of image transfer to the customer's PACS environment, including DICOM connectivity.Identify and resolve technical issues related to tablets, connectivity, HDMI, Android/iOS and customer IT environments.Clinical application and trainingConduct remote and on-site product training for physicians and other healthcare professionals.Explain the installation, configuration and use of Fetoly in German.Support users in integrating Fetoly into their existing clinical workflow.Work with Diagnoly's clinical team to ensure that training and support remain consistent with clinical practice and the intended use of the medical device.Customer support and adoptionAct as the main operational contact for DACH customers after deployment.Answer technical and product-related questions and coordinate resolution of issues when necessary.Follow product usage and identify situations requiring additional training or support.Document customer interactions, deployments and support activities in HubSpot.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Diagnoly's onboarding, training and support processes.The position does not include sales responsibility. Its objective is to ensure successful deployment, appropriate use and customer satisfaction.Your profileWe are looking for someone with a first relevant experience in healthcare, MedTech, medical devices, medical imaging or healthcare IT, combined with an interest in technical products and direct interaction with healthcare professionals.Relevant experience may have been acquired through a first professional position, internship or work-study programme. More experienced candidates with directly relevant experience are also welcome to apply.Previous experience in Customer Success is not required. Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment and the ability to understand and explain technical systems are more important for this position.RequiredProfessional proficiency in German, sufficient to independently train and support German-speaking physicians and discuss technical installation issues. B2 is the minimum expected level; C1 or native proficiency is preferred.Professional working proficiency in English.First relevant experience in healthcare, MedTech, medical devices, healthcare IT or another closely related environment.Ability and interest in understanding technical systems and troubleshooting practical issues.Good communication and training skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to healthcare professionals.Autonomy, organisation and a service-oriented approach.Willingness to work from our Lyon office and travel regularly within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.French is an advantage but is not required.Employment conditionsPermanent position based in LyonGross annual salary: €30,000–€40,000, depending on experienceAnnual performance bonus with a target of approximately 10% of base salaryCadre status, 218-day working year and RTTHealth and income-protection insurance, 70% covered by DiagnolyOccasional travel to the DACH regionRecruitment processApplications are reviewed by the Diagnoly team based on the relevance of the candidate's experience, English and German proficiency and fit with the position.Selected candidates will have an initial interview followed by a more detailed discussion about the role and their experience.
