Location: Delhi & MumbaiAbout the RoleALAN Electronic Systems Private Limited is an Indian medical technology company engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced surgical imaging systems and medical electronic equipment.We are looking for enthusiastic Biomedical Engineering graduates to join us as Clinical Application Engineer Trainee.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals while supporting the implementation and application of cutting-edge medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate and support ALAN's surgical vision systems and related medical equipment.Assist during clinical evaluations and product demonstrations in hospitals and operating rooms.Conduct product training sessions for surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers, and hospital staff.Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting basic equipment setup and configuration issues.Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product Development, and Clinical Application teams to ensure successful customer support.Maintain reports on demonstrations, customer visits, training sessions, and product evaluations.Gather customer feedback and share insights for product improvement.Eligibility:B.E./B.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering.Final-year students and graduates with up to one year of experience are eligible to apply.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.Willingness to travel extensively and work in hospital and operating room environments.Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).Desired Skills:Customer-oriented approach.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Adaptability to field-based work and frequent travel.If interested, kindly apply directly on the link below:https://alan.keka.com/careers/jobdetails/151000
