Ntigra is committed to helping healthcare providers operate more efficiently, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes through advanced AI innovation.Role Description The Clinical Application Specialist – RCM is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role supports the implementation and optimization of Ntigra’s AI-based RCM solutions in clinical environments, working closely with healthcare providers to understand workflows, configure applications, and ensure effective adoption. The specialist conducts product demonstrations, provides end-user training, and offers ongoing clinical and technical support to radiology and other medical departments using Ntigra’s products. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to address clinical questions, assisting with solution design for prospective clients, and gathering user feedback to guide product enhancements. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, documenting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical workflows and revenue cycle outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear clinical documentation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Candidates should possess foundational Medicine knowledge or clinical background, enabling understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and regulatory considerations.Candidates should possess Training experience, with the ability to design and deliver user training, onboarding sessions, and educational materials for clinical and administrative staff.Candidates should possess Radiology-related experience or exposure, preferably working with imaging departments, PACS/EMR systems, or radiology billing and coding processes.Candidates should possess Sales and customer-facing skills, including supporting demonstrations, addressing clinical objections, and collaborating with sales teams in pre- and post-sales activities.Relevant qualifications may include a degree in Medicine, Nursing, Radiology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent clinical experience.Experience with RCM, medical billing, or coding, and familiarity with EMR/RCM systems and healthcare IT integrations is highly beneficial.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
