Staff are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve patient experience and clinic operations.Role DescriptionThe Clinical Assistant at Linea Aesthetica is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The person in this role will support practitioners during consultations and procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, setting up equipment, and assisting with basic clinical tasks within the scope of training and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include welcoming patients, taking basic history or information as directed, updating patient records, and ensuring a comfortable and professional patient experience.The Clinical Assistant will help maintain cleanliness and stock levels, manage appointment flow, and coordinate with the reception or administrative team to support smooth clinic operations. The role also involves following clinical protocols, infection control procedures, and health and safety guidelines, as well as participating in training on new treatments and products.No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities•    Greet and assist patients throughout their visit•    Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-ups•    Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to clinical standards•    Assist the doctor during aesthetic and wellness procedures•    Handle clinic inventory, consumables, and stock management•    Maintain accurate patient records and documentation•    Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions•    Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic protocols at all timesWhat We’re Looking For•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)•    Warm, professional, and patient-centred attitude•    Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail•    Comfortable working in a clinical environment•    Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus but not required•    EP candidates may be consideredEmployment Details•    Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM•    Work Week: 5.5 days per week•    Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,500 per month (commensurate with experience)•    Yearly performance bonus (subject to clinic performance)Benefits•    Uniform provided•    Staff aesthetic treatments at clinic•    Full on-the-job training provided•    Opportunity to grow within a developing clinic
