This position supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations, including staffing, patient flow, and unit efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care activities, providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and promoting evidence-based practice and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, assisting with staff scheduling and resource allocation, and supporting onboarding and mentorship of team members. The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and a positive, respectful work environment.Qualifications Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and hands-on supervision in an acute or specialty care setting.Leadership and team-management abilities, such as delegating tasks, coaching staff, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative culture.Organizational and operational skills, including experience with workflow coordination, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple responsibilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.Active RN license in the state of Florida and graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Previous experience in a charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership nursing role is strongly preferred.Ability to work on-site full time in Greater Orlando, including flexibility with shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
