The ideal candidate will oversee compliance monitoring, policy implementation, clinical audits, accreditation readiness, and multidisciplinary collaboration while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement clinical compliance strategies, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance programmes aligned with organizational objectives and healthcare best practices.Lead clinical compliance initiatives across hospitals, clinics, outpatient services, telehealth programmes, and other healthcare operations.Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Nursing, Pharmacy, Quality Management, Risk Management, Health Information Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, and Executive Leadership to strengthen clinical compliance and patient safety.Develop and maintain clinical policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance frameworks, and regulatory guidance documents.Conduct clinical audits, compliance assessments, documentation reviews, regulatory gap analyses, and quality assurance evaluations.Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programmes, incident investigations, root cause analyses, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate accreditation readiness activities, regulatory inspections, licensing reviews, and external quality assessments.Ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards, patient confidentiality requirements, informed consent procedures, infection prevention protocols, medication safety practices, and ethical healthcare principles.Monitor regulatory updates, clinical guidelines, healthcare legislation, accreditation standards, and industry best practices to maintain ongoing compliance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including audit completion rates, regulatory compliance scores, CAPA closure rates, accreditation readiness, patient safety metrics, documentation accuracy, policy adherence, and quality improvement outcomes.Conduct enterprise compliance reviews, clinical risk assessments, patient safety evaluations, benchmarking studies, and continuous quality improvement programmes.Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, Department of Health (DOH), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) requirements, Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, ISO standards where applicable, data privacy regulations, and organizational governance policies.Manage clinical compliance budgets, accreditation programmes, audit schedules, compliance technologies, external consultants, and strategic quality improvement initiatives.Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered compliance monitoring, predictive risk analytics, intelligent clinical documentation reviews, automated audit workflows, workflow automation, and business intelligence solutions.Utilize Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, SAP, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, learning management systems (LMS), and healthcare quality management software to optimize compliance performance and generate actionable insights.Prepare executive dashboards, compliance reports, accreditation readiness updates, clinical audit summaries, regulatory reviews, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and develop clinical compliance specialists, quality coordinators, clinical auditors, risk professionals, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams while fostering a culture of patient safety, ethical practice, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Information Management, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Clinical Quality, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical compliance, healthcare quality, regulatory affairs, clinical governance, hospital administration, or related roles.At least 2 years of experience managing clinical compliance programmes, quality assurance teams, accreditation initiatives, or healthcare governance projects preferred.Strong understanding of clinical governance, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, patient safety, healthcare quality improvement, clinical risk management, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, EHR systems, GRC platforms, healthcare quality management software, and compliance reporting tools.Familiarity with AI-powered healthcare compliance platforms, predictive clinical analytics, digital quality management systems, intelligent documentation review, regulatory technology (RegTech), and advanced healthcare analytics solutions is highly advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, project management, organizational, investigative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple clinical compliance initiatives while balancing patient safety, regulatory obligations, operational priorities, accreditation requirements, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed healthcare teams, regulators, accreditation bodies, auditors, clinicians, executives, and global stakeholders, with
