clinical compliance, regulatory governance, audit, risk management, and quality-improvement activities across the organization.The successful candidate will ensure clinical operations comply with applicable UAE healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, professional standards, clinical policies, and internal controls.This role will work closely with physicians, nurses, clinical leadership, quality teams, legal, risk, operations, HR, and regulatory authorities to identify compliance risks, strengthen clinical governance, and drive sustainable improvements in patient care.🚀 What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and maintain the organization's clinical compliance frameworkMonitor compliance with applicable UAE healthcare laws, regulations, standards, and accreditation requirementsConduct clinical compliance audits, inspections, assessments, and reviewsIdentify clinical compliance risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategiesMonitor adherence to clinical policies, procedures, protocols, and professional standardsManage compliance findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and remediation plansSupport clinical governance committees and senior management with compliance reportingCoordinate regulatory inspections, accreditation surveys, and external auditsPrepare compliance dashboards, KPIs, risk reports, and executive-level presentationsInvestigate clinical compliance concerns, incidents, complaints, and potential breachesConduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actionsWork closely with medical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, infection-control, and other clinical departmentsMonitor clinical documentation, patient records, consent processes, and relevant compliance requirementsSupport patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, and clinical governance programsEnsure appropriate management of clinical policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory documentationMonitor compliance with patient privacy, confidentiality, medical-record, and information-management requirementsDevelop and deliver clinical compliance awareness and training programsManage relationships with external consultants, auditors, accreditation bodies, and regulatory stakeholdersMonitor changes in UAE healthcare regulations and assess their impact on organizational operationsLead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen clinical compliance and patient safety✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Clinical Governance, Compliance, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in clinical compliance, healthcare quality, clinical governance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or healthcare operationsProven experience managing clinical compliance programs within a hospital, healthcare group, clinic, or other healthcare organizationStrong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, quality management, and patient safetyExperience conducting clinical audits, compliance assessments, investigations, and regulatory reviewsStrong knowledge of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processesExperience working with clinicians, healthcare leadership, regulators, auditors, and external stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of healthcare risk management and regulatory complianceAbility to manage sensitive compliance matters with confidentiality and professionalismStrong report-writing and presentation capabilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Governance, Healthcare Quality, Public Health, Compliance, or a related disciplineProfessional certifications such as CPHQ, CHC, CHPC, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalentClinical qualification such as MD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent is an advantageExperience with JCI accreditation and other international healthcare accreditation frameworksKnowledge of applicable UAE healthcare regulatory requirements and health authoritiesExperience with clinical risk management, patient safety, infection prevention, medication safety, and clinical quality programsExperience managing regulatory inspections and accreditation surveysKnowledge of healthcare privacy, medical-record management, and data-protection requirementsExperience working within the UAE or GCC healthcare sectorStrong knowledge of clinical audit
