This role includes organizing patient schedules, facilitating communication between healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient care activities. The Clinical Coordinator will collaborate with medical staff to support critical care needs, assist with implementing compliance and workflow processes, and help track clinical performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include participating in case reviews, supporting research and quality improvement initiatives, and serving as a point of contact for patient and family inquiries.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear, professional interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Experience or exposure in Critical Care Medicine and Patient Care, with the ability to support clinicians in high-acuity environments.Foundational knowledge of Medicine and clinical workflows, enabling coordination of care plans and documentation processes.Ability to conduct and support Research, quality improvement, or data collection activities related to patient outcomes and clinical processes.Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up tasks.Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic clinical or administrative software tools.Prior experience in a clinical coordination, medical office, or hospital setting is preferred.Relevant education such as a degree or certification in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is beneficial.
