Nova IVF Fertility is now part of Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), which supports the expansion and operational excellence of the network across the country.Role Description The Clinical Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the Nova IVF Fertility center in Mumbai. This role coordinates patient pathways from initial consultation through treatment completion, ensuring timely appointments, pre-procedure preparation, and post-procedure follow-up. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with IVF specialists, embryologists, nursing teams, and administrative staff to maintain accurate medical records, streamline clinical workflows, and support adherence to established protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include patient counseling on treatment steps, coordinating diagnostic and treatment schedules, monitoring documentation and consent processes, and escalating clinical concerns to appropriate medical personnel. The role also supports implementation of quality standards, assists in data collection for clinical audits and research initiatives, and contributes to a safe, empathetic, and efficient patient care environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical processes clearly and provide empathetic patient counseling.Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Medicine to understand treatment plans, support clinical workflows, and coordinate with medical teams.Candidates should possess exposure to Critical Care Medicine or acute care settings, enabling effective coordination in complex or high-risk clinical scenarios.Candidates should possess Research-related skills to support data collection, clinical audits, and adherence to evidence-based protocols.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, allied health, or a related medical field; prior experience as a clinical coordinator or in fertility, obstetrics, gynecology, or IVF settings is highly beneficial.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using electronic medical records and scheduling systems; commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
