Our team combines technical expertise and healthcare insights to help clients optimise costs, ensure compliance, and improve decision-making for sustainable healthcare delivery.Role DescriptionThe Clinical Costing Expert (Abu Dhabi, on-site) is responsible for developing and maintaining clinical cost models in line with DOH regulations. The role involves analysing clinical and financial data, mapping care pathways, assigning costs to clinical activities, and preparing reports and dashboards. The position works closely with clinical, finance, and operations teams to identify cost drivers and recommend efficiency improvements while supporting training, methodology development, and benchmarking activities.QualificationsMedical or healthcare-related background preferredExperience in healthcare costing, health economics, or financial analysisStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel/data proficiencyKnowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi regulations is an advantageGood communication and training/facilitation skillsAbility to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
