Location: Mumbai ( Roles across Powai, Andheri West & Khar West)Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Schedule: 6 days/week (In-clinic role)Joining: Immediate/ early joiners preferred[Please note: Only candidates who meet the qualifications and criteria will be contacted]About the roleMitsu is hiring Clinical and Counseling Psychologists across our clinics in Powai, Andheri West and Khar West, Mumbai.You will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team alongside psychologists, psychiatrists and care coordinators to provide high-quality, structured mental healthcare.The role involves much more than conducting therapy sessions. We are looking for clinicians who think deeply about case formulation and treatment planning, value supervision and collaborative care, and are interested in helping us build a more continuous and outcome-focused model of outpatient mental healthcare.About MitsuMitsu is building a network of tech-enabled neighbourhood mental health clinics that make high-quality mental healthcare simpler to access and easier to continue.Our model brings together in-person clinical care, multidisciplinary collaboration and thoughtful use of technology to support patients beyond individual appointments.Learn more about us: https://mitsu.careKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical / Counseling Psychologist at Mitsu, you will:Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, primarily in-person, with virtual sessions where appropriateDevelop case formulations, treatment goals and structured treatment plansTrack clinical progress and adapt treatment based on patient needs and outcomesCollaborate with psychiatrists and other members of the clinical team for integrated careParticipate actively in supervision, case discussions and clinical reviewsConduct psychological assessments and prepare clinical reports, where relevant to your trainingMaintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow Mitsu's clinical protocolsContribute to psychoeducation, workshops, webinars and other clinical initiativesEligibility:For Clinical Psychologist - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI Registration + 2–6 years of experience post M.Phil (clinic experience preferred)For Counseling Psychologist - M.A./M.Sc in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution + 3–6 years of experience post MA/MSc (clinic experience preferred)Skills & AttributesWe are particularly interested in psychologists who demonstrate:Strong clinical assessment, case conceptualisation and formulation skillsGood understanding of DSM-5 and ICD-11 diagnostic frameworksFormal training and experience in one or more evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, DBT, EFT or other recognised modalitiesAbility to tailor therapeutic approaches to the needs of the individual rather than work rigidly within a single modalityStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective therapeutic relationshipsOpenness to supervision, feedback and collaborative clinical decision-makingInterest in measurement-based care and using outcomes to inform treatmentComfort with technology and interest in how digital tools can improve continuity of mental healthcareA proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership in a growing clinical organisationWhat you can expect at MitsuA clinically grounded and collaborative team environmentStructured supervision, regular case discussions and opportunities for clinical learningA growing and diverse outpatient caseloadClose collaboration with experienced psychiatrists and psychologistsExposure to an integrated model spanning therapy, psychiatry, assessments and technology-enabled continuity of careOpportunities to contribute beyond your individual caseload as Mitsu develops new clinical programs and servicesClear opportunities for increased clinical and leadership responsibility as the organisation growsCompensationCompetitive compensation comprising fixed and performance-linked components, commensurate with experience and clinical capabilities.Mitsu also provides structured opportunities for professional development and growth.How to ApplyInterested candidates may apply directly on LinkedIn or send their updated CV to hello@mitsu.careShortlisted candidates will be contacted via email/call for the next steps in the selection process.
