We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting patients in achieving their health goals and improving overall well-being.You will play a key role in assessing nutritional needs, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to food service quality and patient education initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Clinical DutiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plansManage a designated caseload across inpatient, outpatient, and community/home settingsProvide evidence-based dietetic interventions aligned with best practice and DHA guidelinesMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededParticipate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions and clinical decision-makingSupport health promotion and preventative nutrition programsPatient Care & EducationProvide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and carersEncourage and support patients in achieving diet-related goalsDeliver group education sessions and training where requiredSafeguard patient well-being by identifying and reporting any concernsFood Service & QualityCollaborate with catering teams to ensure clinical nutrition requirements are metSupport menu planning, recipe development, and meal quality inspectionsEnsure compliance with nutrition, safety, hygiene, and quality standardsOperational & Professional ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationParticipate in audits, quality improvement, and service development initiativesPromote the dietetic service internally and externallyEnsure adherence to hospital policies, DHA regulations, and professional standardsRequirements:QualificationsValid DHA License (Dietitian)Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition(or Health Science degree with Nutrition major + postgraduate qualification in Dietetics)ExperienceMinimum of recent clinical experience within the last 2 yearsExperience in hospital or clinical healthcare settings preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical knowledge in nutrition assessment and dietetic interventionsExcellent communication and counseling skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamHigh level of empathy and patient-centered approachStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and clinical documentation systems
