Apply & track with Apply EdgeClinical Education & Training SpecialistA fast-growing medical device company in the radiation protection space is seeking a Clinical Education & Training Specialist to support the launch and implementation of a new device in high demand. This role will be responsible for executing comprehensive training and clinical education programs for customers, field personnel, and internal teams. Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, R&D, and Sales, the specialist will translate complex clinical data and engineering insights into effective educational content, hands-on training experiences, and ongoing support programs that enhance user confidence and drive utilization and adoption.This role will require 50% travel (every other week) to clinical customers 2-hour driving/1-hour plane ride radius of Boston, MA. This individual will work remotely during non-travel weeks. The company is offering a competitive salary and benefits package for qualified candidates.Role Responsabilities: Execute comprehensive clinical education programs for customers, field personnel, and internal teams.Manage onboarding, certification, and refresher training for new and existing portfolio customers (as needed) and all new radiation protection device users, ensuring optimal procedural success and adoption.Support coordination of clinical studies and real-world evidence programs through training and data-collection standardization at key sites.Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to gather and integrate clinician feedback from test-fit cases and early site evaluations.Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver impactful product launch training, site activations, and user workshops.Support publication development—white papers, abstracts, and peer-reviewed articles—to advance scientific communication.Role Requirements:B.S. degree and RT(R) certification (Registered Technologist in Radiography)3+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist familiar with C-arm procedures.Demonstrated experience conducting procedural training in cath lab or interventional environments.1-6 years of medical device industry experience in clinical education/sales.
