Backed by a management team with over 17 years of experience in the medical industry, we have supported the setup of more than 38 state-of-the-art sleep labs across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.At The Air Station, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven team committed to improving lives through better sleep, while growing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.About The RoleAs a Clinical Education Manager (Sleep Portfolio), you will support regional growth by driving clinical excellence and enabling commercial success across multiple markets. You will provide clinical expertise in sleep diagnostics and therapy (e.g., sleep apnoea and CPAP), and work closely with sales teams to support product adoption and revenue growth.You will lead and develop clinical teams across countries, standardise best practices, and scale training programmes for both internal teams and healthcare professionals. You will also support product launches and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes across sleep labs, hospitals, and home care settings. Regular regional travel is required to support teams, customers, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional clinical teams, providing coaching, performance management, and development to build a high-performing clinical organisation. Deliver expert clinical application support across the region, with a focus on sleep diagnostics, sleep labs, and sleep studies. Partner with sales and commercial teams to support key accounts, product launches, and revenue-generating activities, including pre-sales clinical demonstrations, in-theatre support, and post-sales follow-up. Drive clinical strategies that directly support business growth, market expansion, and customer retention across multiple countries. Analyse clinical service feedback and operational performance to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and commercial impact. Develop and standardise regional clinical training frameworks, protocols, and competency assessments to ensure consistent clinical excellence across markets. Train and mentor sales, clinical, and new hires on product applications, surgical workflows, and best practices, including on-site and in-theatre support where required. Collaborate with product management, marketing, and business unit leaders to develop training content, clinical materials, and regional education programmes. Represent the clinical function at regional trade shows, medical conferences, and customer engagement events. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Nursing, MBBS, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related healthcare disciplines Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to sleep diagnostics and therapeutic devices. Prior experience leading teams or mentoring clinical professionals across markets is highly preferred Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales growth, key accounts, or product launches Comfortable with frequent regional travel and working across multiple countries Proven ability to drive results in fast-growing, dynamic environments Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and excellent stakeholder management skills
