Position: Clinical Education SpecialistReports to: Professional Services Manager

Location: FlexibleAbout the RoleAs a Clinical Education Specialist, you will bring your clinical or dispensing expertise to the development of practical, high quality education for independent eye care professionals across Australia.Working alongside Opticare’s Professional Services Manager, you will contribute to short courses, webinars, product education and in practice resources for Opticare Academy.

You may also support internal teams with clinical and technical knowledge and contribute to digital education that strengthens Opticare’s position as a trusted clinical partner to independent practices.This opportunity has been designed to allow experienced professionals to share and amplify their knowledge while continuing in their current practice role. Who We Are Looking ForA qualified optometrist or optical dispenserAt least five years of clinical or optical dispensing experienceExperience working in an independent practiceStrong clinical or technical knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence presenting and educating othersThe ability to translate complex information into practical, engaging contentA self motivated approach and the ability to work independently
