Team members join a community-focused organization that values collaboration, integrity, and child-centered care.Role Description The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in King of Prussia, PA, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring high-quality care for children and families. This role involves supervising clinical staff, coordinating services, and managing caseloads to maintain continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans. The Clinical Manager develops and implements clinical protocols, leads staff training and professional development, and supports evidence-based practices across programs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with community partners and families, maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation standards, and contributing to program planning and evaluation.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Clinical Operations, including supervision of clinical teams and coordination of care.Proficiency in Training and staff development, with the ability to mentor, coach, and support interdisciplinary teams.Knowledge of Home Care services and community-based care models that support children and families.Background in Medicine or a related clinical field, with understanding of behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or child welfare.Experience in Quality Improvement, including monitoring outcomes, implementing process enhancements, and ensuring compliance with standards.Relevant clinical license or certification (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN) preferred, in accordance with state requirements.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or a related human services field.Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Commitment to trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive care.Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders.
