The organization values inclusivity, community engagement, and evidence-informed practices to promote wellness and recovery.Role Description The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Antelope, CA, responsible for overseeing clinical operations within assigned programs. This position manages and supports a multidisciplinary clinical team, including supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality, client-centered services. The Clinical Manager monitors caseloads, reviews clinical documentation, and ensures compliance with agency policies, licensing, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating intake and discharge processes, supporting treatment planning, and facilitating case consultations and team meetings. The role also involves collaborating with community partners, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and providing crisis support and guidance to staff as needed.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.Strong clinical competencies in mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.Knowledge of community mental health systems, regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and quality improvement practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally responsive services, particularly within the Latino community.Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field; appropriate clinical license or licensure eligibility preferred.Experience in clinical supervision or program management in a community mental health setting strongly preferred.Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications.
