The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth mental health and a drive to lead a newly launched allcove center. allcove welcomes youth ages 12–25 with mild to moderate needs and offers services across six domains:
- Mental health
- Physical health
- Substance use
- Peer support
- Family support
- Supported education and employmentThe Clinical Lead will oversee the development and delivery of clinical services aligned with the allcove model. Responsibilities include assessment, brief interventions, psychoeducation, individual/group programs, and linkage to additional services. The role also entails operationaloversight, clinical supervision, integrated care coordination, and consultation with the Central allcove Team.Licensure RequirementMust be a licensed (or licenseeligible) mental health clinician in California or licensed in anotherU.S. jurisdiction with eligibility for California licensure upon start.Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
- Apply evidencebased techniques including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
- Ensure compliance with therapeutic protocols, ethics, and legal mandates (e.g., mandated reporting).
- Maintain documentation and data for funding compliance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on cross-cultural and inclusive care.
- Engage in professional development, outreach, and team-building.
- Supervise clinical staff and trainees.
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance with state laws, and uphold HIPAA requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements
- Graduate degree in a mental health field.
- California Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure (or equivalent).
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
