Team members join a mission-driven environment dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities.Role Description The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA. This role oversees daily clinical operations, including supervision of clinical staff, coordination of services, and monitoring of caseloads to ensure timely, high-quality care. The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, supports treatment planning, reviews documentation for compliance, and promotes adherence to evidence-informed practices and organizational policies. This position collaborates with internal teams and external partners, participates in case conferences, and helps resolve complex clinical and operational issues. The role also involves supporting staff training and development, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a person-centered, trauma-informed care environment.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in clinical operations and service coordination within behavioral or mental health settings.Background in training, staff development, and clinical supervision to support multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of home care or community-based services and the integration of care across settings.Understanding of medicine or healthcare practices relevant to behavioral health and co-occurring conditions.Experience with quality improvement, including use of data and metrics to enhance care outcomes and compliance.Relevant clinical license or eligibility (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) as required by state regulations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or a related field.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to person-centered care, cultural humility, and ethical practice.
