We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.Job Summary: The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. Required Skills

Graduate of a professional school of NursingCurrent license as a CA Registered Nurse2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care. Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery experience preferredGood command of the English language, both verbal and writtenAbility to work well with physicians, employees, patients and othersThe knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this positionCurrent certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (you can PALS within 3 months of start date)Who We AreWe are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).
