Team members collaborate across disciplines to design and implement initiatives that support healthier lifestyles and resilient communities.Role Description The Nutritionist will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Bhopal, working directly with communities and program participants. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, creating individualized and group nutrition plans, and providing ongoing nutritional counseling for diverse age and health groups. The role involves delivering nutrition education sessions, workshops, and outreach activities that support sustainable, locally sourced dietary practices. The Nutritionist will collaborate with healthcare professionals, field staff, and program managers to integrate nutrition goals into broader community development initiatives, monitor progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate records and reports. The role also includes contributing to educational materials, supporting awareness campaigns, and continuously updating practices based on current nutritional research and local needs.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to design evidence-based, culturally appropriate nutrition plans.1-5yrs of experience in the fieldSkills in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management to support individual and group behavior change toward healthier lifestyles.Experience in Nutrition Education, including developing and delivering clear, engaging learning materials and sessions for community audiences.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or a related field.Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms, with strong interpersonal and listening skills.Experience working in community or public health settings is an advantage, especially in rural or semi-urban areas.Comfort working on-site in Bhopal, with a willingness to travel locally for field visits and outreach when required.Organizational skills for maintaining records, tracking outcomes, and contributing to program reporting and improvement.
