Clinical Oncology Specialist

• Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with cancer.• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on tumour type, stage, patient profile, and treatment goals.• Manage systemic anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.• Monitor treatment outcomes and manage therapy-related complications and adverse effects.• Provide appropriate supportive and palliative care in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.• Participate actively in Multidisciplinary Tumour Boards (MDT) and collaborate with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and other specialties.• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, and quality of care.• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, and evidence-based oncology practices.• Stay abreast of emerging oncology therapies, clinical guidelines, and advances in cancer management.MD / DM / Board Certification / Fellowship or equivalent qualification in Medical Oncology.• Valid UAE Medical License or Eligibility as applicable.• Proven experience at Consultant level in Medical Oncology.• Strong expertise in the management of a broad range of solid tumours and/or hematological malignancies.• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.• Commitment to delivering patient-centred, ethical, and evidence-based cancer care.
