You Will DoYou will:Review structured clinical and pharmacy data inside a healthcare SaaS platformSupport UK-based clinics and pharmacies with platform-related queriesInvestigate clinical-system and workflow discrepancies before escalationUnderstand what a user was trying to do and what happened inside the platformReproduce and document software or workflow issues clearly and logicallyIdentify whether an issue appears related to data, process, configuration or system behaviourMaintain accurate case notes, audit trails and operational recordsAnalyse recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvementSupport clinical and healthcare-administration workflowsImprove internal tracking systems and operational reporting toolsBuild simple Excel / Google Sheets tools, templates and automations to reduce repetitive workImprove internal documentation and processesWork with UK Product, Operations and healthcare stakeholdersEscalate genuine platform or technical
