This role is responsible for the execution of outreach activities with a strong clinical lens, ensuring referral partners are supported in identifying appropriate level-of-care placements. Working within established outreach priorities, the Liaison will serve as a clinical resource in the community, helping bridge gaps between providers and treatment services.This is a field-based, externally focused role and does not include responsibility for internal program operations, staffing, or clinical service delivery.
