Re3aya Pharmacy also aims to provide a professional setting where pharmacists can grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to their community.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Pharmacist role based in New Cairo. The Clinical Pharmacist will counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications, ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate use. Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and interactions, monitoring therapy outcomes, and providing guidance on chronic disease management, weight control, and lifestyle changes. The role involves handling dispensing processes, coordinating with prescribers when clarification is needed, and documenting clinical interventions. The Clinical Pharmacist will also support inventory control, contribute to health education initiatives, and help maintain a professional, patient-centered environment in the pharmacy.Qualifications Strong foundation in Pharmacy and Medicine, with the ability to interpret prescriptions and clinical information accurately.Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care, including patient counseling, therapy optimization, and medication safety.Competence in Compounding where applicable, following quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD) or equivalent; valid license to practice pharmacy in Egypt.Experience in community or clinical pharmacy settings, preferably with exposure to chronic disease management and patient education.Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered and non-judgmental approach.Strong attention to detail, ethical practice, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Comfort using pharmacy software and basic digital tools for dispensing, documentation, and reporting.
