Inglewood, CA — Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty & Home InfusionThis is an opportunity to join a patient-focused specialty and home infusion team where you’ll help ensure therapies are prepared safely, accurately, and in compliance with the highest standards. What You’ll DoVerify prescriptions and ensure accurate, compliant medication dispensingCounsel new patients and monitor ongoing therapies through chart and patient-profile reviewsCollaborate with prescribers to resolve prescription questions, coordinate refills, and support continuity of careSupervise pharmacy technicians and oversee sterile and non-sterile compoundingSupport inventory management, lot tracking, product recalls, and medication orderingAdjudicate insurance claims, run test claims, and coordinate with billing teamsMaintain medication, supply, and workflow information within pharmacy systemsParticipate in accreditation, compliance, quality-improvement, and inspection-readiness activitiesProvide scheduled on-call coverage and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge when needed What You BringPharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited institutionActive, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practiceKnowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standardsStrong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and decision-making skillsWillingness to obtain and maintain pharmacist licenses in additional states as neededExperience in home infusion, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
