Clinical Pharmacist

Equity Staffing Group is seeking Clinical Pharmacists to join a Clinical Engagement Services team supporting programs including Medication Therapy Management (MTM), medication adherence, diabetes, polypharmacy, STARS adherence, and more.THIS IS A REMOTE JOB!💊 What you’ll do:

• Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews
• Identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, drug interactions, and high-risk medications
• Provide medication and disease-state education
• Communicate clinical recommendations to patients and healthcare providers
• Document interventions and recommendations accurately

Qualifications

✔️ Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence✔️ Strong knowledge of MTM and disease-state management✔️ 1+ year of remote/independent work experience✔️ Strong communication, organization, and technology skills✔️ PharmD, PBM/retail experience, and bilingual skills are a plus✔️ Additional active Pharmacist licenses in AL, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, ND, OK, OR, TN, VT, or WV are highly preferredSchedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating shifts between 9 AM–8 PM CSTInterested or know a pharmacist who may be a great fit?
