Working closely with the Lead Pharmacist and wider multidisciplinary teams, you will clinically screen prescriptions, provide expert medicines advice, support dispensing activities, and ensure patients receive the highest standard of pharmaceutical care.You will also contribute to service development initiatives, clinical governance activities, and the ongoing training and support of pharmacy colleagues.
