The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within a healthcare setting. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in case discussions to ensure holistic care. The Clinical Psychologist will also contribute to mental health education initiatives, support early intervention and prevention programs, and adhere to all relevant ethical, regulatory, and quality standards.Qualifications Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited institution, with current or eligible licensure/registration in the UAE or GCC.Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for diverse populations and age groups.Strong skills in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, family therapy, or other relevant frameworks.Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and communicate clinical findings clearly to colleagues and clients.High level of professional ethics, cultural competence, and sensitivity to the needs of individuals from varied backgrounds.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or other language proficiency is an advantage.Proficiency with electronic health records, clinical documentation systems, and basic digital tools used in modern healthcare environments.Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or integrated healthcare settings in the UAE or GCC is preferred.Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision, and participation in training or research activities as needed.
