Clinical Psychologist

About the RoleWe are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality psychological assessment, psychotherapy, counselling, and psychosocial interventions for individuals across different age and population groups.The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with a range of mental health concerns.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessment and clinical evaluation of mental health conditions, including:Anxiety and DepressionAcute StressPTSDOCDPsychosisOther mental health disordersProvide psychotherapy and evidence-based psychological interventions for adults.Support individuals with stress management and develop strategies for stress prevention and coping.Assess relationship and family-related concerns and provide appropriate couple/family interventions.Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities based on individual client needs.Provide psychosocial management and therapeutic support for various mental health conditions.Conduct mental health awareness programs, workshops, and educational sessions for:EmployeesAdultsWomenGeriatric communitiesOther specific population groupsMaintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional and ethical standards.Eligibility & QualificationsM.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.Valid RCI Registration is mandatory.Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience is desirable.Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and psychosocial interventions.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience conducting workshops, awareness programs, or employee mental health programs will be an advantage.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled, and responsible professional who can work effectively with individuals and diverse population groups while maintaining high standards of clinical practice.Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated CV.
