The team is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care that supports individuals and families at every stage of their fertility journey.Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and emotional support to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment at the Mumbai clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, offering individual and group counseling, developing tailored care plans, and collaborating with reproductive specialists to integrate mental health into the overall treatment journey. The role involves educating patients about coping strategies, facilitating support sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in case discussions and clinical meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, working closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.QualificationsMaster's / MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration is a plus, not mandatory) 2–5 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in a fertility or gynecology setting strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathetic, ethical, and patient-centered approach patients
