Mind Celebrations is driven by the vision of building a world that is emotionally safe.Role Description This is a full-time Clinical Psychologist role based in Mumbai & Noida, structured as a Full time on-site position. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct individual and group counseling sessions for employees and leaders, focusing on preventive mental health, emotional safety, and resilience-building. The role involves collaborating with organizational stakeholders to support mental health audits, contribute to workshops and webinars and develop mental health programs and daily rituals that promote well-being. The Clinical Psychologist will also provide & maintain accurate and confidential case records and participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply preventive and proactive approaches in organizational settings.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring and interpretation of standardized assessments relevant to workplace mental health.Expertise in Counseling Psychology, with experience providing individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Experience in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or guiding other mental health practitioners or facilitators is an advantage.Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and organizational levels.Experience or interest in corporate mental health, well being of students, employee well-being programs and workshop/webinar facilitation.Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, maintain documentation and collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
