The Clinical Psychologist will provide individual and group therapy, conduct psychological assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for clients across clinical, corporate, and sports psychology settings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, engaging in case formulation and review, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes. The role also involves offering psychoeducation, participating in clinical meetings, contributing to program development, and supporting wellbeing initiatives aligned with Being Well Psychology’s values of mindful awareness and authentic living.QualificationsStrong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in diverse settings.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.Training and experience in Clinical Psychology, with skills in therapeutic alliance building and client-centered interventions.Training or willingness to be trained in advanced traumatherapies.Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or equivalent, with appropriate professional registration or eligibility for registration.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive practice.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Windhoek and maintain professional boundaries and self-care.Experience or interest in corporate or sports psychology, and openness to mindfulness-based and holistic approaches to wellbeing.
