Prospective employees can expect a supportive environment committed to student success and professional development.Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide direct psychological services to students, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health assessments at an on-site location in Plymouth, MA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. The role also involves consultation with faculty and staff, participation in outreach and wellness programs, and collaboration with campus and community resources to support student well-being. The Clinical Psychologist may provide clinical supervision to trainees or early-career professionals and contribute to program development and evaluation. This is a full-time, on-site role.Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a university setting.Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting assessments relevant to clinical practice.Experience working with a broad range of Mental Health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties.Background in Clinical Supervision, with the ability to mentor and guide trainees or early-career clinicians.Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.Licensure or license eligibility as a Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and experience providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.Experience in a college or university counseling setting is preferred.
